To make your holiday a special one we offer you a wide choice of high quality breakfast products, we choose healthy and natural food such as low-fat yogurt, oat flakes, fresh organic fruit, orange juice, rusks, marmelade and organic jams, baked cakes, biscuits and the inevitable warm croissants…
For the croissants, we refer to our family pastry, Cloche d’Or, which works in the healthiest and most natural way possible. The ingredients used for the creations are chosen with care and attention: Italian flour type 1 from organic and sustainable agriculture, dairy butter and living sourdough starter cured every day with great wisdom.
For bread with butter and jam lovers we offer fragrant baguettes made from rye flour and sourdough.
We also prepare delicious and crunchy savory croissants, using quality meats and cheeses.
We like to cuddle our guests also by serving breakfast in the room.
Please note that the kitchen is dedicated to breakfast preparation and is not available for guests’ exclusive use.
